Our aim at 4Down is to help you as the riders resolve any problem swiftly and efficiently. We understand that accidents can happen and part of our objective is to have all our customers back on their bikes as quickly as possible.


How do I submit a claim?
If you have a claim please make sure you provide us with the all the required information listed and use the contact form which runs through step by step what we require. This is the fastest and most convenient way for you to submit and us to process your claim.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail straight away to the e-mail address supplied, check your junk box first and if you did not receive this it means you have entered your e-mail address incorrectly, and we will not be able to contact you, so you will need to re-submit your claim.


  • Warranty of product, valid to the original owner only
  • Proof of purchase must be supplied showing the date of purchase
  • A damaged product must be returned for a claim to be processed
  • Costs in returning damaged products is down to the returnee

Any claims must be submitted with the following details:

  • Full product photo
  • Detailed photo of damaged area
  • Serial number (on frames)
  • Copy of original receipt/invoice

  • 6 Months on a frame (against breaks)
  • 3 Months on parts (against breaks)
  • 30 Days against paint blemishes and defects

Aftermarket frames, forks and bars

  • 1 year free replacement (against breaks)
  • 30 Days against paint blemishes and defects

When the warranty period has expired, as a good will gesture we will offer to replace the damaged part with a brand new one at a discounted rate.
